There is probably no better way to heat up those long, cold, Canadian winters than by getting butt-naked and creating some major body heat. Toronto native Kristin Adams must have learned that vital lesson at an early age, as she made her nude debut as Sandy Field in the drama film Falling Angels (2003) before her twenty-first birthday, baring her bright headlights before a short car-bound coitus. Mr. Skin wasn’t the only one who enjoyed the film, as it earned 14 nominations and four wins on the film festival circuit. But it was the cherub-faced blonde’s role as Alice in the controversial NC-17-rated film Where the Truth Lies (2005), starring Kevin Bacon, Colin Firth, and Alison Lohman, that really got everyone’s engine roaring. In an extra-steamy scene, Kristin, dolled up like Alice in Wonderland, gets top-naked courtesy of Colin, then falls down the rabbit hole with Alison. Again, won four awards, and nominated for 10, including a Palme d’Or nom for director Atom Egoyan at Cannes. An otherwise clothed Kristin (still sexy!) has also heated up Toronto’s television-viewing audience as a juicy girl (it’s right there in the credits!) in the series Playmakers in 2003, Antoinette Rhyne in Bury the Lead in 2004, a young Bettina in the TV movie Absolution (2006), Christine in Hulu’s Saving Hope in 2015, and Petra in Petra and Lucy in 2016. Folks in the US can enjoy her heat as Clare in Lifetime’s US mini-series Beach Girls (2005) with Rob Lowe and Julia Ormond, and as Cynthia in the US/Canada collab mini-series The Kennedys with Greg Kinnear and Katie Holmes. Mr. Skin is feeling warmer already!
